Raphael D'Angelo was seen last weekend on Hollywood's world-famous Sunset Strip with a small group of close friends including award-winning sound editor Karen Vassar of Soundelux Studios. The group walked past such  hallowed Hollywood landmarks as The Roxy Theatre, The Rainbow Bar and Grill, and the notorious Viper Room, as famous for it's celebrity scandals as for it's live entertainment.
The group finally settled on the legendary Whisky A Go Go, where they spent the evening checking out local upstarts The Koys. The guitarist and co. opted for the upstairs balcony, where they spent most of the night, obviously enjoying the atmosphere.
The band was also spotted earlier this week at Hollywood's The Knitting Factory between recording sessions for their new single as they watched LA's Deepdown, one of Raphael's favorite local bands. You can see more of them at www.deepdownmusic.com. Insiders say the recent rash of sightings confirms that the band is getting ready to unleash their next opus, the new Fight the Devil CD Rom.
So next time you are on the Sunset Strip, keep your eyes open...you just might spot an angel!
